to complement our products and services.
For many Touchpoint clients, the importance of getting messages
out in a timely manner goes well beyond the normal requirements
of marketing applications. With applications such as train delay
alerts, pill reminders and meter reading alerts – the availability
and reliability of Touchpoint systems is a key requirement.
Touchpoint provides the following support services to clients:
- Help Desk – Hours 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Email Support – Hours 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- 24x7 Technical Monitoring and Technical call out
In addition Touchpoint provide a number of options for Training
and Response Management.
