Touchpoint tops
excitement list
NBR Exciting Companies survey rates Touchpoint industry’s
most exciting
Auckland, 30 April 2007
Ordinarily, technology service provision isn’t
hotly associated with creative industries. But in a cogent
sign of these digital times, Touchpoint has been named the
most exciting company in New Zealand advertising and marketing.
Topping the National Business Review’s monthly
Exciting Companies Survey, ahead of Saatchi & Saatchi,
TimeZoneOne and Proximity iD, Touchpoint has been reported
as having cracked the advertising industry’s holy grail
of measuring advertising effectiveness.
Touchpoint founder and CEO Steve Shearman says his company’s
technology products provide marketers with the power to easily
create multichannel campaigns and extend creativity into new dimensions
of consumer engagement. However, it’s the ability to measure
media and campaign effectiveness that seem to be creating a lot
of attention with agencies and marketers.
“Technology has made many promises but mostly failed to
deliver tools that creative industries could use on their terms.
The key to our success is a ready-built platform that lets marketers
switch on exactly what they need, without imprinting their businesses
with technology development and implementation overheads,” says
Shearman.
Touchpoint is behind many of New Zealand’s highest profile
digital campaigns, and for the second year running provided the
multichannel campaign management engine to the New Zealand Direct & Interactive
Marketing Awards RSVP Grand Prix award winner. Learn more about
