Touchpoint backs winners in New Zealand Direct & Interactive Marketing Awards

For the second year in a row, marketing automation company Touchpoint has put the multi-channel campaign management power behind the RSVP Grand Prix award winner.

TEQUILA and Adidas this year scooped the big prize for their adirun.co.nz initiative – a world first online portal and motivational toolbox for runners. The campaign delivered a response that exceeded expectations, built brand loyalty and gave runners that extra motivation.

Touchpoint Campaign Management automated reminder emails and motivating texts. Online forums allowed participants to connect with other runners in their vicinity. Available to buyers of adidas running shoes, particpants completed an online questionnaire to receive a tailored training programme, choosing the level of automated prompting and interaction they felt was necessary to keep their training on track.

Other winners backed by Touchpoint included Colenso.99 for the Farmers Beauty Club, which won GOLD (Loyalty/Relationship Programme) and SILVER (Sales Generation); and WRC for The Rum Company and Lion Nathan's Host the Coruba Gold Fifty Thousand Dollar Launch Party picked up SILVER (Lead Generation).
