Multi-channel marketing company Touchpoint has made two senior appointments.

Brian Boyle has been appointed as Senior Business Analyst. A newly created position, he is responsible for architecting marketing automation campaign solutions for both agency partners and direct clients.

A former senior CRM consultant at business management software company Sage, where he held a worldwide development role based in the UK, he has more than 10 years' IT sector experience, including five years in CRM development and implementation.

Gary Henson has joined Touchpoint's product development team as a senior Java developer. Previously he was a Java developer at Argent Networks, supporting the company's billing platform. Henson has 10 years' IT sector experience, principally in development roles.
