ITM Selects Touchpoint
To Roll Out Priority Card

ITM Building Centre, New Zealand's largest group of timber, hardware
and building supply merchants, has selected marketing automation
company Touchpoint to support its recently launched Priority Card
customer loyalty programme.
Touchpoint will provide CRM and campaign management technologies
that will integrate with ITM's existing point of sale systems across
the majority of its 80 stores. Also included are online application
and customer self-service management modules; support for email,
mobile and mail campaigns; and additional services supporting communications
with suppliers and store staff.
ITM general manager finance and IT Andrew Ryan-Kidd said integrated
campaign management technologies enable ITM to better support its
stores by facilitating direct communications and offers.
"The programme is a key differentiator for ITM. We are able
to develop store level relationships with the serious DIY customer.
The solutions provided by Touchpoint allow ITM to enhance this relationship
using multi-channel communications and support stores to better
identify high value customers."
Ryan-Kidd said Touchpoint provided extremely cost effective solutions.
"And unlike many CRM projects they were delivered without any
major issues or delays."
