Fax Makes Four Offerings

Touchpoint now supports fax messaging to complement its email,
SMS, web and direct mail channels, making it the first New Zealand
communications server to offer all these services.
Cheaper and more immediate than mail, fax messaging is a key tool
for communicating with businesses and those with no online access.
Like other Touchpoint services, faxes can be scheduled to run automatically
and be triggered based on specific events, including subscription
renewal time, a birthday, in response to a request for information
or to announce a new product or promotion.
Touchpoint's fax service also integrates with existing business
systems, enabling you to send invoices, for instance, or tie in
with business-to-business direct mail, print or email marketing.
With its high capacity delivery, Touchpoint can send more than
10,000 faxes an hour, using automatic retry when required. To make
the most of customer relationship building, you can set up reusable
cover sheet templates and personalise faxes with customer details
and contact information. The system's flexibility supports Microsoft
Word, RTF, Postscript, PDF, text and TIFF formats.
