Weekly Emails Bring Relief to Allergy Sufferers

Telfast, a convenient treatment for hayfever and allergies, offers a daily pollen report on the radio and on its website, www.telfast.co.nz. To better relay this important information to New Zealand's many allergy sufferers around the country, Telfast has established an email service - via Touchpoint - to send weekly pollen reports to interested consumers.

Consumers complete a simple registration form on the Telfast website, including the region in which they live and the type of allergies they're interested in. Then Touchpoint manages the weekly email send process with the collected data which is sourced remotely using Touchpoint's real time XML integration gateway.

Telfast's email programme is a smart, effective use of Touchpoint's ability to quickly communicate variable data to a wide audience that has individual needs.
