Frank van der Velden (Chief Executive Officer)
Frank has worked in the hospitality, oil retail and telecommunications industries in senior management positions in Australia, United Kingdom and New Zealand. Since 1989 Frank has been working in hi-tech companies. He has been involved in a number of entrepreneurial ventures as shareholder since oil industry de-regulation in New Zealand in the mid 80s. He is a Chartered Accountant.

Steve Shearman (Chief Technology Officer)
Steve heads up the Innovation drive providing strategic input into product development, being brought into customers as the technology guru and spreading the benefits marketing automation via our public relations channels and assessing third party technologies for inclusion in the Touchpoint Platform.

Frank and Steve formed their first company, WebMasters Ltd, in 1995 and proceeded to build one of the three most significant web services firms in New Zealand. It was sold in 1999 when it employed 40 fulltime staff.
