This is a fantastic career opportunity for an enthusiastic Project Co-ordinator to join our growing Support Services team.
You should be highly motivated with a strong customer focus and have an aptitude for technology.
Principal responsibilities include:
- Manage through to successful resolution all client support requests via phone and email
- Provide work in progress updates to internal and external clients
- End to end management of small jobs and projects
- Account management of some clients
- Assisting with client training
Experience/Qualifications
- 1-2 years in project administration / client support role in software services, interactive or IT company with some experience managing web or software projects for clients
- Technical background a plus
- Some HTML knowledge preferred
