The Touchpoint Partner Program was first introduced in 2001 and aims to educate and support Touchpoint’s partners and their teams in the development and implementation of digital strategies. The program also helps partners learn how to effectively and profitably integrate digital channels into the marketing mix.
As a Touchpoint partner, you will be taken through an initial engagement process designed to uncover your needs and/or the needs of your clients. This step is followed by the ‘Opening of the Minds’ workshop (a customised session based on the information gathered during the initial engagement) and a Digital Fitness Assessment (during which we will individually review the digital strategy employed for each of your clients).
Being a partner means you have access to our project management techniques and methodology, as well as our extensive knowledge base. You’ll learn to proficiently use the Touchpoint suite of products to build, maintain and report on marketing campaigns and communications programs across multiple channels. Based on proven models, Touchpoint’s system will enable you to improve internal capabilities and run digital campaigns more profitably. You’ll also gain full access to partner collaboration opportunities, webinars and Touchpoint training - and become eligible to receive rebates on professional services, monthly service fees and Service Level Agreements.
