Gobble worked closely with Brave
New World to develop a stylish contemporary brand identity.
When it came to customer interaction, they joined forces with
technology partner Touchpoint to develop gobble.co.nz.
Fifty per-cent of all orders are now received through this channel.
Service was further enhanced by equipping drivers with mobile eftpos.

How the technology helped
Customers are able to order quickly and confidently online,
while opting in for special offer email updates. A valuable
database of customer ordering trends and preferences is being
automatically collected to help decide future menu selections
and offers.

| Results
Within 10 days of opening, Gobble had to triple business
projections and significantly boost kitchen capabilities.
After just one month in business, kitchen staff increased
from 16 to 28. Gobble’s initial delivery area has been
increased. Watch out for longer hours of operation in the
future to meet demand.
