Touchpoint Wins Multiple Awards at the 2001 DMA Awards

Touchpoint was celebrated by the Direct Marketing Industry, winning awards in two Nexus categories at the 2001 DMA awards. The Nexus awards recognise those products, services or processes that are the 'engine room' which drive great marketing campaigns.

Channel Management
Touchpoint's ability to coordinate communications across a series of channels, including email, SMS text messaging, fax, web, call centers, was recognised with a bronze in the category of Channel Management.

Strategic Vision
By enabling marketers to easily manage and profit from using technology that was previously unattainable, Touchpoint was awarded a bronze in the Strategic Vision category.
